November 2025 Events: Denver and Beyond
It’s almost the holiday season! Here’s everything festive and fun to do this November.
Denver Film Festival: Fri-Sun, October 31-November 9. In its 48th year, the Denver Film Festival showcases hundreds of full-length films, music videos, and shorts at multiple locations across the city.
Denver Arts Week: Fri-Sun, November 7-16. Denver comes alive with creativity for over eight days as it collectively celebrates the city’s creative neighborhoods, museums, galleries, and artistic vibe.
Denver Veterans Day Run: Saturday, November 8 at City Park. Back for its 16th year, the Denver Veterans Day Run is an in-person and virtual 5k and 10k event that directly benefits Colorado Vets.
Warren Miller Film Tour: Early November - Early December across Colorado. An annual film tour following skiers and snowboarders. From backyard hills to mega mountains, this tour kicks off the winter season with a bang.
Holiday BAZAAR: Various weekends From November 16 - December 22 around Denver. Shop, Sip, and Mingle with Colorado’s finest craft, fashion, and art-makers. Denver BAZAAR will be popping up for several weekends and extended weeks, featuring over 80 innovative craft vendors, artists & fashion trucks sharing their creations just in time for the holiday shopping season.
Denver Botanic Gardens Blossoms of Light: Friday, November 21, 2025 – Sunday, January 11, 2026; closed Nov 27 and Dec 25. A stroll through the Denver Botanic Gardens is a delightful and sparkling way to celebrate the holiday season. The Blossoms of Light extravaganza is a twinkling and breathtaking way to spend a winter evening.
Denver Christmas Show: Fri-Sun, November 21-23. This Christmas-themed event is held at the Colorado Convention Center. Explore the more than 450 booths of arts, crafts, and gifts from local vendors. Santa will be on-site at both locations, so bring the kids!
Denver Christkindlmarket: Fri-Sat, November 21-December 23 at Civic Center Park. The 25th year for the month-long Christkindl Market in downtown Denver. Experience old German traditions with authentic cuisine, live music, holiday drinks, and an artisan marketplace.
Polar Express Train Ride: November 7 - December 23 in Golden. The Polar Express Train Ride returns once again to the Colorado Railroad Museum for another season of unforgettable holiday magic! Experience a three-part theatrical extravaganza that combines live performance, immersive storytelling, and a journey aboard an authentic steam-powered train.
Polar Express Train Ride: Fri-Sun, November 21, 2025 – January 3 in Durango. Aboard the Polar Express Train Ride, you and your family will be swept away into an elaborate holiday fantasy complete with hot chocolate, a light show, holiday music, and, of course, Santa.
Castle Rock Starlighting: Saturday, November 22 in Downtown Castle Rock. This unique celebration showcases the lighting of the star atop Castle Rock. It has been held every year since 1962 and features food, drinks, caroling, dancing, and Santa Claus.
ICE! Christmas at Gaylord Rockies: November 24, 2025, to January 2. Annual holiday lights and ice display held at Gaylord Rockies Resort, home to Arapahoe Springs Waterpark. Book an overnight package that combines entertainment and makes the most of this Christmas celebration.
Winter on the Mountain: Saturday, November 22 - Sunday January 4, 2026 at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Enjoy holiday festivities! See more than 500,000 lights, meet Santa and listen to live music at Winter on the Mountain.
Horseshoe Market: Saturday, November 30 - Sunday, December 1. You’ll find everything ranging from art, apparel, home goods, jewelry, vintage, and so much more. We guarantee you can find at least one gift, if not several, in just a few minutes of wandering this giant festive market. You can support over 100+ sustainable and local vendors.
Mistletoe Market at Dairy Block: Saturdays & Sundays November 30 - December 21. New to this holiday season, Dairy Block will host its first-ever Mistletoe Market in the heated Alley! The market will feature a wide variety of local CO vendors with 12 new vendors each weekend, live carolers & holiday music, festive cocktails, photo ops, a screen-printing station, and customized gift wrapping.
