Just Closed: Christine

Christine and I connected earlier this year over coffee. She was ready to stop renting and have a cozy space to DIY and make her own. She was sure she wouldn't be ready until 2026, but once she started considering not resigning her lease, we started the home search instead! We looked at condos in Lakewood and Westminster and discovered she didn’t want laundry in the kitchen, and she did want a balcony/outdoor space. She wanted something with some upgrades, but didn’t mind doing some DIY projects. We found the perfect place with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace to cozy up with her cat, Cheeto, and a good book, a pool to enjoy in the summer, and a cute patio. We negotiated money off list price, a longer close date so she didn’t have to pay rent and her mortgage in the same month, and inspection fixes.
