Just Closed: Alon in Arvada

Alon was referred to me by some amazing buyers from earlier this year (thank you, Riley + Bailey)!! He knew he was ready to stop renting and wanted a home with enough space to call his own, work from home, and have a roommate/tenant. We made all of that happen with this amazing home in Arvada. We looked all around the West Denver area at move-in ready homes and fixer-uppers, and landed on this move-in ready place. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for Alon and his roommate to both live and work from home, using 2 bedrooms as offices. It has a 2-car garage, solar panels, and a huge backyard. Bonus points that they can bike to Riley and Bailey’s house.
