Just Closed: Rebecca and Ethan

Rebecca and Ethan are truly some of the sweetest people in the world. We started looking for homes late last summer, and then they told me “some family surprised us early for our wedding this weekend"! I responded with something along the lines of “you guys! We can’t look at houses this weekend! You have something much more important going on!!!!”

After their wedding, we started the search again. We looked at a few places that just weren’t feeling right. We were at a home in Westminster and saw there was another, fresh on the market & around the corner, so we checked it out. As soon as we walked in, Rebecca could picture her Christmas tree in the front window. There were ledges for their cat, also named Allie, everywhere in the house. There was a space for an office, a guest room, and a lovely primary suite. There was a large garage and just enough yard space for these first-time buyers. It is close to Ethan’s job at CU Boulder. We had found the one! The Christmas tree did look beautiful in the front window. She was right.

We had a quick closing, under ask, and some simple inspection fixes. They were beyond ready to say goodbye to their rental. Rebecca has the most incredible interior design style, and she got to work immediately with replacing all door handles with some cool, vintage-looking glass ones, and updating bathrooms with some easy and inexpensive fixes.

Rebecca and Ethan, it was a true joy to help you through this process. It was an honor to catsit for Allie. And I am so lucky and grateful to now call you friends. Cheers to you, and thank you for your trust!
