Just Closed: Noa

Noa and I met last summer to look at a few homes. We didn’t find ‘the one’ that day, or the next time we toured, or the time after that. But when we did find the perfect home, we knew! It was the cutest flip in Park Hill. It was move-in ready for her and her dog, Ooga. It had space in the basement for when her daughters come home from college to visit. The most beautiful backyard with plenty of space to build a garage in the future. We negotiated off list price and got the most important inspection items fixed. She was able to redo the flooring in the kitchen, the tile in the bathroom, and add window treatments to make the standard flip more her style.

She was going through some major life transitions and was ready for this change. No pressure, but we also had to sell her home in Capitol Hill. That’s a long story for another day, but of course, we made it all happen.

Noa just sent someone close to her my way to buy a home - and that is truly the best compliment a gal can receive. Congrats, Noa! I am so grateful for your trust and friendship. I am so happy for you in your new home and can’t wait to get together for puppy play dates this summer.
