Just Closed: Kat + Spencer

Kat, Spencer, and I met to look at a super cute home in Arvada last spring. It wasn’t the one, and they weren’t quite ready, but we kept in touch through work chaos and their wedding (!!!!) and got the process started last fall. They wanted a house with vaulted ceilings (they are both really tall, so this is a fair request), a yard for their dog sweet Fleur, space to work from home, and close to friends. We looked at plenty of homes that didn’t fit their needs, until we found the one. We checked all the boxes, got them a home way under list price, and got them a new roof before closing. They are even down the block from their friends.

I am so grateful I met these two and so glad they are truly loving their new home. Thank you for your trust in making sure we got you the best deal and all the right fixes.
