New Homeowner Alert: Riley + Bailey

Riley, Bailey, and I met at the beginning of February over coffee, and they assured me they wouldn't be ready to buy a home until this fall. But they were ready long before fall. We closed on their perfect Arvada home by the end of March, and they get married this October!

They wanted a home they could put a little sweat equity into, they wanted to be walking distance to Old Town Arvada, and they wanted a yard for their dog, Miso.

We looked at a handful of homes, and none were just right - until this one came on the market. We beat out another offer and had a quick close. It has space for out-of-town visitors to stay, a huge yard for Miso with a storage shed, and is so close to old town Arvada. They wanted to be able to walk and bike to restaurants, shops, and breweries. They will get to enjoy a Colorado summer in their own home and start their journey as newlyweds and homeowners in the same year.

I am so excited for them and can’t wait to see all the love they put into their new space.

Also, fun fact, both Riley and Bailey are left-handed, and so was our closer at the title company. 3/5 left-handed people at closing? The probability must be small on that one.
