Just Closed: Austin & Olivia

Olivia, Austin, and I met one Sunday morning this spring to tour homes, and they fell in love with the cutest townhome in Central Park. They are truly some of the kindest people I've ever met! Some of their friends tagged along to the showings, and it showed how close they are with their community here in Colorado. They fell in love with one of the townhouses we looked at that day.

Before we submitted an offer, we met for coffee and talked through the entire process and how we would write up the contract.

I can always tell when buyers are excited about a home because we spend more time in the home and they talk about hosting friends and family, growing their family, where they will put their furniture and how they will make it their own. That’s exactly what they did.

We scored this home for under ask price with a clean inspection and a fairly quick close. Throughout the buying process, Olivia passed her exam and graduated grad school, they both attended friends weddings, Olivia started a new job, and Austin rounded out the school year as principal. This was no small task with how busy they were.

They got the entire home painted in ‘swiss coffee’ which is one of my favorite white paints. They bought new furniture and moved in earlier this month with their cat Donut. It’s truly their home now and I cannot wait to see how they decorate it and make it their own. I know they will be hosting friends and family soon, cooking in their beautiful kitchen, and watching Avs games with friends on the rooftop deck.
