Just Closed: Ashley

Ashley and I met on a spring weekend for coffee while she was in town from Massachusetts. She was ready to move back to Colorado after a few years away. We had an absolute marathon of showings that required a lunch break, and many questionable parking spots, but we found a perfect downtown condo! We were able to negotiate money off list price, get credits at closing for inspection, and get some of the post-closing special assessment paid for.

Ashley was in Massachusetts this entire time, so we were in constant communication to make sure the closing and move went as smoothly as possible.

She is close to everything downtown has to offer and right by the light rail for all her traveling. She has already made her home so cozy with plants and her unique decor.
