New Homeowner Alert: Anna

Anna and I met in January to look at homes, and then somehow picked all the days with all the worst weather to look at homes for another month. We had some crazy things happen, too, including an owner asleep on the couch, an ambulance, and an escaping cat.

We weren’t finding what she wanted in the areas we were initially looking at, so we expanded the search area to include Thornton and Aurora. We didn’t find the right one in Thornton, but we did on Day 1 in Aurora! The cutest dang spot! A huge yard for her pup, 2 sheds for storage, and plenty of space for her and her dad to live comfortably. We negotiated an under-list price offer and got all our inspection objection asks covered by the seller. They love the quiet street and neighborhood, the spa-like shower, and are so excited to explore Aurora as their new home.
