You know I love a first-time homebuyer story. I met Erin and Wascar almost a year ago. They had recently relocated to Denver and were ready to call this city home.
We looked at new builds, older homes, and even some duplexes before landing on this gorgeous home in Clayton. They knew this was the neighborhood they wanted after the first home we looked at. Their block is all beautiful brick homes from the 30s. It had been fully remodeled and was a blank canvas for them to make their own. We got the home a little under list price and negotiated inspection fixes.
They have been SO hard at work fixing up the yard, painting the white walls some beautiful colors, and truly making the place their own. Erin has even learned a thing or two about plumbing. We had some good laughs through the process, and I am so grateful for their trust.
