Just Closed: Dan

Dan was referred to me by one of my favorite lenders (thanks, Tal!), we started the home search over a coffee meeting. He needed a relaxing place to rest after long days as an arborist, spaces for his dad to visit, and a calm place for his pup, Tommy.

We started the search not long after our first meeting.

We looked at a number of different condos before finding the perfect one - tucked away with mature trees, a garage to park his car, and close to work. Getting to closing was easy and quick!

Dan has already been hard at work painting the walls in fun colors that suit his personality and replacing the washer and dryer.

It was such a joy to work with Natalia and Dan on the purchase of his first home. Thank you both for your trust!
